Spiced clementine mulled whisky
Make the most of clementines at Christmas and make this warming mulled whisky. It's perfect for winter nights when you come in from the cold
Serves 4Ingredients
600ml ginger beer150ml clementine juice, plus clementine slices to garnish
2 tbsp honey
2 cinnamon sticks
5 cloves
pinch of allspice
200ml whisky
Method
STEP 1Tip the ginger beer, clementine juice, honey, cinnamon sticks, cloves and allspice into a saucepan, and bring to a simmer over a low heat. Cook for 5 mins to warm through.
STEP 2
Remove from the heat and stir in the whisky. Divide between four heatproof glasses or mugs, drop in a few clementine slices and serve.
